About the Owners
MedVanced is owned and operated by Catie Mazur and Sandra Shackelford.
Catie Mazur is a healthcare technology consultant with 10 years experience in the Healthcare IT industry. Catie has 8 years experience specializing in EMR software implementations for medical offices, outpatient clinics and nursing homes across the United States. She also has a total of 10 years of technical IT experience specializing in network & hardware support for outpatient clinics, billing offices, and medical offices. Catie is a graduate from Florida Gulf Coast University with a degree in Computer Information Systems and is a Microsoft Certified technician.
Sandra Shackelford is a cum laude graduate of the University of Florida, and has 13 years experience in the healthcare industry where she has functioned in clinical, administrative, and executive levels. She also has attained the Healthcare Informatics certification, and has been involved in all aspects of technology implementation as well as project management, change management, and operational streamlining.
